For a third- or fourth-year full-time Nursing student at Ontario Tech who maintains a 4.0 GPA, has volunteer or work experience in community-based settings, and is a permanent resident within the former Central East CCAC boundaries as of October 31, 2016 (Scarborough, Durham Region, City of Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Northumberland, and Haliburton).
