Cecile Meyer Frampton/Cornhusker Bank Scholarship for LNE

Graduating seniors of Lincoln Northeast High School in Lincoln, Nebraska, who plan full-time enrollment at a Nebraska four-year college or university with at least a 2.5 GPA (or C+ average) may apply through the Lincoln Community Foundation. Applicants must show leadership, character, and citizenship; interest in business through coursework, work, or activities; involvement in at least two extracurriculars or sports; and financial need.

One $1,500 scholarship is awarded. If candidates are equally qualified, greater financial need is preferred.

Submit the foundation application with two non-family references by March 15.

Cornhusker Bank created the scholarship in 1999 to honor Cecile Meyer Frampton, a former bank board member.
