About this scholarship

High school seniors, high school graduates, or current undergraduates who reside or attend school in Texas, California, Colorado, or Florida may apply if they plan full-time enrollment for the upcoming academic year in an eligible associate degree, trade, or qualifying certification program in electrical, automation, instrumentation and controls, cybersecurity, or a related field at an accredited two-year college or vocational-technical school. A minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) is required.

Up to two $5,000 awards are granted annually through Scholarship America. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply in later years if still eligible.

Apply online with a transcript and one recommendation by April 17.
