About this scholarship
African-American or Black students with at least a 2.5 GPA who reside in or attend school in a Congressional Black Caucus member's district may apply for undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral study.
Award amounts vary based on merit. Scholarships are not renewable; applicants must reapply each year.
