Carville M. Akehurst Memorial Scholarship

Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia residents enrolled in accredited landscape, horticulture, or related undergraduate programs with at least a 2.7 GPA may apply through HRI's common scholarship application.

Award amounts and recipient counts vary. Preference goes to students planning horticulture industry careers after graduation.

Apply March 1 through May 31. MANTS established the fund with HRI to support the nursery and landscape profession.
