Capitol Fellowship Program

Graduate students or scholars with a research or publication record in art or architectural history, American history, American studies, museum studies, or decorative arts may apply. Research must use Architect of the Capitol, Library of Congress, or National Archives resources on the U.S. Capitol Complex.

The fellowship pays $2,500 per month (up to $30,000 per year) for one month to one year of full-time research.

Applications are due March 15; recommendation letters are due March 31.
