Canadian Welding Society

Welder apprentices in their second period or Welding Engineering Technology students in their third semester at SAIT (School of Manufacturing and Automation) who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, conscientiousness, a positive attitude, and aptitude for success.

Two awards of $1,000 are available, one for each pathway. Welder apprentices typically use a May deadline; Welding Engineering Technology typically uses a January deadline.
