About this scholarship
Graduate students at a Canadian university who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or international students may apply for this $3,000 award.
One award is granted annually. Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program the fall after the deadline and conduct research that supports the protection of minority or human rights in Canada.
