Canada Graduate Research Scholarships – Doctoral Program (CGRS D)

Doctoral students pursuing health-related research may apply through McMaster for the CIHR Canada Graduate Research Scholarship Doctoral. Eligible applicants include Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons, and international students enrolled in their doctoral program at McMaster.

The award is valued at $40,000 per year for 36 months.

Applications are submitted through CIHR ResearchNet by McMaster's internal deadline. Selected applications are forwarded to CIHR within the university's assigned quota. Applicants registered at a Canadian institution with a quota during the calendar year of application must apply through that institution.
