Canada Beef Award for Culinary Excellence

Open to students in the Culinary Arts program within SAIT's School of Hospitality and Tourism who show financial need, academic achievement, and a positive attitude. Preference goes to butchery management graduates or top performers in CULA butchery.

Three $1,000 awards are available. Applicants write an essay on the importance of Canadian beef in professional cooking, including the value of Canada's beef industry, along with their favourite recipes. Apply through mySAIT Student Awards and Financial Aid.
