Calvin Sawyer Memorial Scholarship in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Open to undergraduate students entering second year of the UBC entry-to-practice PharmD program.

Scholarships from an endowment by Sharon Wu (B.S.N.) and Lap Wu (B.Sc. Pharm. 1980) and their family in memory of their son, Calvin Sawyer. Award amounts vary.

Calvin passed away at age 29 in 2012. He is remembered for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and passion for art, sports, and entrepreneurship. Selection is made on faculty recommendation. There is no separate student application.
