About this scholarship
Legally blind permanent California residents enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational school (in-state or out-of-state) may apply for California Council of the Blind Student Scholarships. Undergraduates must carry at least 12 semester or 8 quarter units per term; graduate students need at least 9 semester or 6 quarter units.
Award amounts vary. Funds are split 50/50 by term upon proof of enrollment and grades. A fresh application with documentation is required each year.
