Cadillac Fairview Award in Real Estate for Indigenous Students

First Nations, Inuit, or Métis students of Canada in the UBC Sauder Bachelor of Commerce program who have achieved good academic standing and demonstrated an interest in commercial real estate may be considered.

Awards are funded from an annual $5,000 gift by Cadillac Fairview; the per-recipient amount varies. Preference is given first to students who are Musqueam, Squamish, or Tsleil-Waututh, and second to Indigenous students who live in Metro Vancouver.

Awards are made on the recommendation of Sauder School of Business. There is no separate student application.
