About this scholarship
Université Laval undergraduates in history, economics, or political science who are francophone, non-native English speakers, with at least one full session completed, a minimum 3.33/4.33 GPA, and sufficient English proficiency for a one-year full-time exchange at the University of Toronto may apply. One award of $17,500 is available.
Submit an online application with a CV, transcripts, and an English interest letter to the C.D. Howe Memorial Foundation by February 6.
The program supports francophone students pursuing studies in an anglophone province.
