Bud & Katherine Rae Aviation Scholarship

U.S. citizens who are Saginaw County, Michigan residents and accepted or enrolled full time in an aviation-related program at a Michigan technical school, community college, or university may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation. Award amounts vary.

Applicants must demonstrate financial need, character, commitment, and involvement in aviation activities such as Civil Air Patrol or Young Eagles. Applications are accepted from November 1 through the deadline.

The scholarship honors Bernard "Bud" Rae, organized by friends in 1983 to promote aviation education, safety, and community service.
