San Diego County graduating high school seniors with a 3.8 or higher GPA who plan to major in STEM at an accredited four-year U.S. college may apply for the Buck Bragunier Leadership Scholarship. One $2,000 award is offered among the San Diego AFCEA chapter scholarships.
