About this scholarship
Ball State University students actively enrolled as majors or minors in the College of Communication, Information, and Media Department of Media with at least a 3.0 GPA overall and in media courses may apply.
One $1,000 Swim Family Scholarship is offered. Applicants must be enrolled in MDIA 391 for a semester within 12 months of the award announcement and provide two letters of support demonstrating media-related skills.
Eligible students receive a custom application link by email each spring. The scholarship was established by media alumnus Scott Swim.
