Brittany Bowers Beauty & Brains Scholarship

Black girls and girls of color who are high school seniors attending school in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, or Wilson Counties in Tennessee may apply. Applicants need at least a 2.8 GPA and acceptance into a four-year college or university, trade school, or vocational school. One recipient receives a $1,500 award.

Submit an application and essay by the deadline, then complete a virtual interview with a panel. Essay and interview scores are combined to select the winner, who must attend the annual Beauty and Brains Fashion Show to accept the award.

The scholarship supports purpose-driven young women pursuing higher education while celebrating inner and outer beauty.
