About this scholarship
U.S. citizens or legal residents with a minimum 3.0 GPA who are graduating high school seniors or undergraduates planning to study criminal justice and pursue a law enforcement career may apply through the Brian Terry Foundation.
Award amounts and the number of recipients vary each year.
Submit two recommendation letters, an official transcript, a personal essay within the 1,500-character limit, and two self-addressed stamped envelopes. The scholarship honors Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and selects scholars committed to community service, social justice, and academic success.
