BPW Virginia Ruff Scholarship for Continuing Education

Women age 25 or older who are U.S. citizens and have been Bedford, Virginia, town or county residents for at least two years may apply. Applicants must be accepted to an accredited program and demonstrate financial need to upgrade skills, advance in a career, or re-enter the workforce.

Bedford Professional Women offers one $1,500 Virginia Ruff Scholarship for Continuing Education.

Apply by June 30. The scholarship honors Virginia Ruff, a longtime Bedford educator and BPW member who dedicated her career to teaching and librarianship in the community.
