About this scholarship

U.S. citizens who are Arizona residents from the ranching community and high school graduates continuing at an accredited junior college, university, or trade school may apply for the Bill Owen Cowboy Artist Memorial Scholarship (BOCA).

Award amounts vary. Applications are accepted only when postmarked between January 1 and March 10, by certified mail or email.
