Bobby Phills Scholarship Fund

U.S. citizens accepted or enrolled at a nationally accredited college or university may apply. High school applicants need a minimum ACT score of 22 or SAT score of 1150; college students need a cumulative 3.2+ GPA. Recipients demonstrating scholastic achievement, community service, financial need, and leadership may receive up to $1,000 per year for up to four years.

Mail the complete Foundation Scholarship Application postmarked by January 12, including a recent color photograph. One award is granted annually. Funds cover direct educational expenses such as tuition, books, and room and board.
