Law students pursuing a J.D. and enrolling for the upcoming academic year at an ABA-accredited law school, with financial need and demonstrable interest in Federal Circuit jurisdiction topics (such as patents, trademarks, government contracts, or veterans' benefits), may apply for Federal Circuit Bar Association scholarships, including the $10,000 Board Scholarship.
Submit one online application during the April 1 through April 15 window with a cover page, CV, transcripts, and a 450-word essay on need, legal interests, and qualifications. One application is considered for all available FCBA judicial and association awards.
