BM1 James Elliott Williams Memorial Scholarship Fund

Direct descendants of an active member of the PBR Forces Veterans Association, such as a son, daughter, grandson, or granddaughter, who are enrolled in or enrolling at a two- or four-year accredited college or technical school may apply.

Award amounts vary. The fund honors Boatswain's Mate First Class James Elliott Williams.

Selection goes to the applicant who best meets the committee's criteria. Submit an application through the PBR-FVA scholarship process.
