About this scholarship
Minority graduating high school seniors who are permanent U.S. residents and plan to earn a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year U.S. college or university may apply. Applicants need a minimum 3.0 GPA and must enroll full-time for the upcoming fall semester.
The BLM² Scholarship Foundation awards a one-time scholarship of $1,000, paid directly to the recipient's college or university.
Complete the official application with a designated-topic essay, an activity sheet, one sealed letter of recommendation, an official sealed high school transcript, ACT or SAT scores, and a college acceptance letter. Winners are announced July 10. Recipients are expected to give back through community service, mentoring, or donations.
