Bishop John W. Hamilton Scholarship

African American women who are active, full members of the United Methodist Church for at least one year and have at least a 2.5 GPA may apply for the Bishop John W. Hamilton Scholarship through the GBHEM scholarship portal.

Awards are $500. The number of recipients varies.

Preference is given to orphans and to students enrolled at UMC-affiliated historically Black colleges and universities.
