About this scholarship
Full-time OPPAA member employees (or their children, stepchildren, grandchildren, or adopted children) and current part-time employees (for themselves only) who are high school graduates, college undergraduates, or graduate students planning to attend or enrolled in an accredited institution may apply through the OPPAA Scholarship Fund, successor to the Bill Nelson Scholarship Endowment. Previous awardees are ineligible.
