About this scholarship
Canadian citizens or permanent residents residing in Calgary who are graduating Grade 12 from the Calgary Board of Education or Calgary Catholic School District and entering first-year full-time study at a Calgary post-secondary institution directly from high school may apply.
One bursary of $7,500 is applied to tuition and may be renewed for up to three additional years with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.7 and a full-time course load.
Applicants must show community leadership through volunteering, demonstrate financial need, and provide one reference letter.
Established by the Stampede City Progress Club to honour long-serving member Bill Gibson.
