About this scholarship
Third- or fourth-year undergraduates or master's or doctoral students with financial need who are pursuing civil engineering or another pavement-infrastructure major with an emphasis on asphalt materials may apply for Bill and Shireen Kirk Scholarships from the Asphalt Institute Foundation.
Total funds awarded vary by year and recipient need. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the college or university for tuition, books, and course-related fees.
Complete the online application with a financial need assessment, academic information, transcripts, and enrollment documentation. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment unless an approved exception is granted.
