About this scholarship
2SLGBTQI+ students in Ontario with demonstrated financial need who are pursuing a first post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate at an Ontario institution may apply.
Scholarships are $5,000 each; up to 30 may be awarded.
Submit an application with an OSAP or provincial aid estimate, proof of registration or acceptance, a reference letter, and a personal statement of 250 words or fewer.
The Bill 7 Award Trust was established in 1987 to support 2SLGBTQI+ students accessing public financial aid.
