About this scholarship
Danish Sisterhood of America members or their children who have been in good standing for at least one year may apply for the Betty Hansen National Scholarship. Applicants need at least a 2.5 GPA and must be full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university.
Up to six awards of up to $2,500 each are granted annually. The scholarship may be used for study in Denmark with written approval from the scholarship chair.
Applications must be postmarked by March 1.

- Two to three original, current letters of character reference in sealed envelopes; if employed, one must be from your employer and include average hours worked per week
