Beth E. Marcus Scholarship Fund

Women who are Reformed Church in America members in good standing and enrolled part time or full time in a credentialing program (DMin, master's, or certificate) at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, Western Theological Seminary, or under care of the Ministerial Formation Certification Agency may apply.

Up to eight scholarships are awarded annually: up to $500 for part-time students and up to $1,000 for full-time students. Recipients may reapply in future years.

Submit the application with a 3.0 GPA, a one-page ministry vision essay, a reference, and transcripts. The fund was established in 1977 to honor Beth E. Marcus, the first woman elected president of RCA General Synod.
