Beta Rho Scholarship

College sophomores or above who are U.S. citizens, enrolled full time at an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's or higher degree, and graduates of Andrean, Boone Grove, Crown Point, Merrillville, or a Gary, Indiana, high school may apply. Applicants must reside in the Crown Point, Gary, Merrillville, or Winfield Township area and hold at least a 3.6 GPA.

Award amounts and the number of recipients vary. Scholarships are merit-based, not need-based. Local applications may also be considered for additional Indiana state scholarships in academics, fine arts, music, key education, or vocational study.

Selection weighs academic achievement, goals, work experience, and volunteer service since high school.
