About this scholarship
Full-time PhD students at recognized Canadian universities may apply if conducting original doctoral research on organizational governance. Applicants must be enrolled in the upcoming fall semester, have not exceeded 48 months in program, and must not have previously received a Robert Bertram Doctoral Research Award or Bertram Scholarship.
The Canadian Foundation for Governance Research offers Bertram Scholarships of $20,000. Research should address topics such as effective boards, governance issues for Canadian organizations, corporate governance and societal impact, or Canadian governance best practices.
Complete the application on the CFGR website. University of Lethbridge students should contact the Graduate Funding Facilitator for the required letter of support before the deadline.
