Bernice Barlow NAACP Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors from Bay, Midland, or Saginaw County, Michigan, with at least a 2.0 GPA who plan full-time enrollment in college, vocational training, or a two-year degree may apply. Applicants must be NAACP members or have a parent who is a member of the Saginaw NAACP branch, and must demonstrate financial need.

Award amounts and the number of recipients vary each year. Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation by the annual February deadline.
