About this scholarship

High school seniors living in or attending high school in Stark, Carroll, or Tuscarawas counties, Ohio, may enter the BBB Charitable and Educational Fund Life Lessons essay contest on an annual integrity theme.

The top six essays receive scholarships from $500 to $2,500. Submit online between early January and March 6 with a maximum 1,000-word essay; AI-generated content is not permitted.

Volunteer judges from business and education score entries on how well students reflect living with ethics and integrity.
