Barry H. Marshal Scholarship

Undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at any Penn State campus who advocate for or contribute to the LGBT community and demonstrate financial need with a FAFSA on file may apply.

Award amount varies. New York State residents in good academic standing receive preference.

Complete the Barry H. Marshal Scholarship application through Penn State's Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Nominations are processed through the university financial aid process.

The scholarship supports LGBT students and allies pursuing undergraduate study at Penn State.
