Barbara J. Penny Community Service Scholarship

Minnesota State college or university students who have completed at least one prior semester, hold a minimum 2.5 GPA, and have documented community service experience may apply for the Barbara J. Penny Community Service Scholarship through Students United.

Two awards of $1,500 each recognize students committed to community service and leadership. Scholarship funds go toward educational expenses.

Apply through Students United during the annual application window. Applicants must show a record of volunteer or community service work beyond coursework.

The scholarship honors Barbara J. Penny and is administered by Students United, the inclusive voice for Minnesota State University students.
