Balandra Innovator's Award for Integral Housing

Students enrolled in a sustainability-focused program at a British Columbia college or university, with a minimum 75% average and demonstrated commitment to restorative housing practices, may apply. Two scholarships are awarded each year, one to a female student and one to a male student in British Columbia.

Each award is valued at $1,000.

Applications require official transcripts, references, and essay responses, and must be received by September 1. Incomplete or late submissions are not considered. A selection committee reviews all submissions. Recipients are announced on October 24.

Balandra Development Inc. created the award to support students committed to integral, restorative residential building, including directions such as net-zero energy homes and Living Building Challenge philosophy.
