About this scholarship

First Nations, Inuit, or Métis students of Canada registered in UBC's Bachelor of Indigenous Land Stewardship (B.I.L.S.) program may be considered.

Awards totalling up to $10,000 have been made available by the Mastercard Foundation in partnership with the Faculty of Forestry. The value of each award is determined based on the number of credits in which the recipient is enrolled each semester.

Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the Faculty of Forestry. There is no separate student application.
