About this scholarship
First-year students entering UBC Vancouver from secondary schools in Canada are eligible for these entrance scholarships. Scholarships totalling $9,800 are awarded, with individual amounts varying, primarily on the basis of the student's scholarly achievements. Candidates must be nominated by their secondary schools, and nomination packages must be received in the Awards Office by February 28.
