About this scholarship

Graduating high school seniors in the Austin Community College service area who enroll full time in an approved workforce certificate or associate degree program may apply. Adult learners with at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrated financial need are also eligible.

The scholarship provides up to $5,000 for tuition and fees disbursed over up to three years, plus advising, mentoring, and learning-community support.

Apply through AcademicWorks by May 1 for priority consideration. A FAFSA or TASFA is required.

ACC's Career Scholars program supports students focused on starting a career immediately after completing a certificate or associate degree.
