About this scholarship
Residents of the northern 26 Texas Panhandle counties who are high school seniors or current college students planning to attend Amarillo College or West Texas A&M University in computer information systems or computer science may apply through the Amarillo Area Foundation general scholarship application.
Award amounts vary. Write a short essay on IT experience and interest, and submit transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, two recommendation letters, a resume, and financial documentation by noon on March 6.
