About this scholarship
High school senior dependents of NAPFE members in good standing for at least three years may apply. The application must be certified by the National Secretary.
The Founders Award is $5,000. Applicants must take the College Board aptitude test by April 20 of the filing year.
The fund honors Ashby B. Carter and J. Leon Henderson.
