About this scholarship

U.S. citizen undergraduates enrolled full-time (12+ credits) at Alabama Space Grant Consortium affiliate institutions who are on track to teach science or mathematics in pre-college settings may apply. Applicants need a 3.0 GPA. Preference goes to science and math majors, especially earth, space, and environmental science.

Awards are up to $1,500 for one academic year and are non-renewable. Students may also apply during senior year of high school or sophomore year at a community college. Apply through the UAH ASGC application portal.
