AS Mowat Prize

First-year master's students in any discipline at Dalhousie University may apply for the A.S. Mowat Prize. Canadian and international students are eligible. You must be enrolled in the first year of a master's program as of the application deadline.

The one-time in-program prize is $1,500. Apply by February 1 at 4 p.m. ADT.

Established in 1984 with gifts from donors, alumni, and staff who worked with Professor Alexander S. Mowat, longtime chair of Dalhousie's Department of Education.
