About this scholarship
Current graduating seniors, GED recipients, or former graduates of Lancaster County, Nebraska high schools planning to attend a qualified nonprofit two- or four-year college may apply through the Lincoln Community Foundation Student Success Scholarship pool.
Award amounts vary and may be renewed for up to four consecutive years if criteria are met. Preference goes to students attending Nebraska colleges or universities.
Apply by March 15. The Arnold H. White Memorial Scholarship was established in 2004 to help Lancaster County students attain a college degree.

- Applicants answer 3 of the 6 questions; only the first three responses are reviewed by the selection committee
- Each response limited to 100 words
- Open to current graduating high school seniors or former graduates of Lancaster County, NE public/private high schools, or GED graduates residing in Lancaster County, NE
- Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year nonprofit college/university (preference for Nebraska institutions)
- Financial need may be considered
- Application submitted via Lincoln Community Foundation AcademicWorks general application
