Outstanding third- or fourth-year undergraduate students enrolled in an Engineering program at UBC Vancouver's Faculty of Applied Science may be considered, with preference for those who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and commitment to positive change in their field and community.

Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the Faculty of Applied Science. There is no separate student application.
