AQHA Journalism or Communications Scholarship

AQHA or AQHYA members with at least one year of membership who are pursuing a college degree in journalism or communications may apply during senior year of high school or as a college freshman. Recipients must intend a career in news, editorial or print journalism, photojournalism, or a related field. Previous AQHF scholarship recipients are not eligible.

One recipient receives $8,000 distributed over four years. Recipients must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.

Apply through the AQHA Foundation scholarship application by January 15.
