About this scholarship
AQHYA members with at least three cumulative years of membership who are also NYCHA or NRCHYA members for three or more years may apply during senior year of high school. Candidates need a minimum 3.0 GPA and a record of civic or community service.
One recipient receives $12,500 distributed over four years toward an undergraduate degree.
Complete the American Quarter Horse Foundation scholarship application with transcripts, evidence of civic involvement, and recommendation letters by January 15.
